Trent Street, PE
Mr. Street joined M&E in 2014 and is part owner of M&E. Mr. Street provides management and supervision duties while performing engineering design tasks for various projects. Mr. Street has also worked on the planning process of floodwater retarding structures that needed to be upgraded and performing the design for the rehabilitation of floodwater retarding structures. Mr. Street has also prepared the design and permit applications for several projects with various entities. Mr. Street has 34 years of Texas SCS/NRCS experience where he served as the State Design Engineer, Design Engineer and Agricultural Engineer.
Thomas Beach, PE
Mr. Beach joined M&E in 2016 and is part owner of M&E Consultants, LLC. Mr. Beach is the Lead Construction Engineer overseeing a diverse staff of 8-10 individuals. Mr. Beach also provides project management and aids in proposals for RFQ’s. Mr. Beach has 32 years of experience with SCS/NRCS as the State Construction Engineer and a Civil Engineer. Some of Mr. Beach’s responsibilities were check print reviews, conducting site showings, pre-work conferences, formal contract administration, preparing interim and final payment certifications, surveillance of materials, methods, and equipment used in tests and construction, making recommendations for contract modifications/change orders, preparing modifications descriptions, assisting Contracting Officers with price negotiations, preparing justifications, preparing independent government estimates, conducting quality assurance inspections, supervising construction control inspectors, conducting check prior and final inspections of completed projects, and addressing construction claims from contractors.
Glenn Ketcham, CET
Mr. Ketcham joined M&E in 2002 and is part owner of M&E. Mr. Ketcham has 21 years of knowledge and experience completing various design, planning and construction tasks for multiple projects. In addition to CAD, he is proficient in ESRI ArcMap, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, and hydrology studies. Mr. Ketcham is also well versed with GPS surveying including topographical surveys, engineering design surveys, construction layout, and as-built surveys for completed projects. Mr. Ketcham has been involved in each of the nearly 300 NRCS dams that M&E has worked on.
